Two companies of BZ WBK choose WFC

The BZ WBK Asset Management and BZ WBK Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych companies rented 1300 sq. m of office area in Warsaw Financial Center.

The agreement, which was signed for 5 years, envisages that the BZ WBK Asset Management and BZ WBK Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych partnerships will be able to jointly use the area on the 24th floor of the skyscraper. The companies were represented by Colliers International during the process of negotiating.  

 

BZ WBK Asset Management SA was founded in May 1997. The partnership closely cooperates with BZ WBK Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA and manages the Arka Investment Funds and Credit Agricole FIO fund. Taking the assets of those funds into consideration, BZ WBK Asset Management is one of the biggest institutions of such type in Poland. BZ WBK Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA has been functioning on the market since 1998. At present, it manages the property of the value amounting to nearly 14 billion zlotys.

 

Warsaw Financial Center is located at the crossroads of Emilia Plater and Świętokrzyska Streets. The office offers 50 000 sq. m of rentable area class A+ and 350 parking places. Moreover, the high quality technical solutions make the building totally self-sufficient in respect of the access to electrical and heat energy as well as water.

 

Warsaw Financial Center was purchased by the Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III consortium, an investment fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, at the end of 2012.
