The Sad company – a seller of products owned by Apple will be a new tenant of an office in the Plac Unii complex.

The headquarters of Sad will be located on the fourth floor of the building A of Plac Unii. The removal to the new office will take place this year. The company is one of the biggest sellers of products owned by Apple in the premium channel on the Polish market. The entity owns the chain of 23 iSpot Apple Premium Reseller shops which are situated in the biggest cities in the country – one of them is located in the Plac Unii City Shopping mall.

Plac Unii is an office and commercial complex located in Warsaw at the border of Śródmieście and Mokotów districts. The investment is composed of three parts offering 56 800 sq. m of rentable area, 41 300 sq. m of which are offices realized in A+ standard, whereas 15 500 sq. m are intended for a three-level shopping mall. Both structures received the BREEAM ecological certificate with a very good grade in 2012.

 

The owner of the Plac Unii structure is Invesco Real Estate (IRE) and Liebrecht & wooD is responsible for letting of offices. The list of tenants in the building includes i.a. entities of ING Group, Dalkia Poland, Work Service, HRS, Polski Związek Firm Deweloperskich, A+E Networks Poland, Sociomantic Labs, Green House Development, Futureal Management Poland and Liebrecht & wooD Group.
