Lindt & Sprüngli is going to move into its new headquarters in September 2015 after commission of the investment. It will occupy ca. 660 sq. m of office area located on the fourth floor of the building. The lease agreement was signed for 5 years. Moreover, the agent which represented Lindt & Sprüngli was JLL.
Royal Wilanów will be a 5-tier structure in which 29 787 sq. m of modern office area and 6920 sq. m of service and commercial area will be located. Furthermore, there will be also a 3-level car park with 931 parking places for tenants and clients as well as bicycle car park located in the underground part of the building.
So far, such companies as Sygnity, Erbud SA and Capital Park – investor of the project – have decided to move their headquarters to Royal Wilanów. Colliers International is responsible for commercialization of the office part of the structure and the JEMS Architekci studio is the author of the architectural project.
