Bałtyk will be a 16-tier office and commercial structure located at Roosevelt 22 Street in the neighborhood of Poznań International Fair and Central Station. The building will offer 15 000 sq. m of office area and 2500 sq. m of service area. The commercial part will include cafe, bars, restaurants, hotel and reactivated Bałtyk cinema.
