Gdański Business Center II
Warsaw Gdański Business Center II complex – which is being realized by HB Reavis – gained the first tenant. BGŻ PNB Paribas SA rented over 4100 sq. m in this structure.

HB Reavis signed a lease agreement in the Gdański Business Center II office complex with BGŻ BNP Paribas SA Bank which is represented by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland. The new office will become a work place for chosen departments connected with bank operations – contact center, department for vindication and department for credit decisions. The change of a headquarters by this institution will be conducted gradually. The first removal is planned on the half of December 2015 and the other one – on March 2017. The organization rented over 4100 sq. m in two offices – ca. 2600 sq. m on the second floor of the building C and 1500 sq. m in the building D.

The project of searching for an office area for BGŻ BNP Paribas was really demanding not only because of a location but also because of a building’s standard – elements which are crucial for providing employees with an attractive place of work – and due to envisaged date of removal – says Michael Richardson, Chairman in Department for Corporation Solutions in BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

We are really glad that HB Reavis offered fully flexibility and understanding in spite of its tight time schedule and that it suggested us process solutions which enable moving into a new area on time – comments Małgorzata Fibakiewicz, Chairman in Department for Lease of Office Area, Tenant Representation in BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

At present, two structures are being realized within the Gdański Business Center II project. They will have from 7 to 9 tiers and they will offer jointly 51 800 sq. m of business area class A. The offices will be certified in the BREEAM system with an Excellent grade. The building C will be commissioned at the end of this year and the building D – in the first quarter of 2016. The first stage of the complex was commissioned last year and it is now commercialized in over 80 per cent. The total leasable area of the investment (jointly Ist and IInd stage) will amount to over 99 000 sq. m.

The first stage of the Gdański Business Center project turned out to be very successful. It was appreciated by both clients and the industry. It is confirmed by i.a. The Best Office Project Title in the Prime Property Prize competition. The second stage is a continuation of high standards which were set by our company. An interesting architecture, the highest quality of performance and care about details – we are convinced that the compilation of these factors will attract other tenants and GBC II will arouse similar interest as almost completely commercialized buildings A and B – says Grzegorz Strutyński, Commercial Chairman and Member of the Board in HB Reavis Poland.
