ECO Asian concern as a new tenant in Rondo 1

Compass Offices – an Asian concern from the area of service offices – rented an office in the Rondo 1 skyscraper.

Compass Offices owns 38 locations in the largest cities of Asia and Australia. In the building of Rondo 1, the company will have the whole 10th floor with the area of ca. 1900 sq. m and a 15-meter high atrium equipped with a salon zone (lounge) for clients at its disposal. The company offers service offices dedicated to organizations in the initial phase of development as well as single-member companies. 

 

Department for Office Areas in CBRE was mediating in the process of concluding a transaction. The selection of Warsaw for the first office in Europe shows that investors see Poland as the market with a great development potential and high level of maturity. Especially investments in such services reflect increasing demand among start-ups, new business undertakings, companies which start their activities and enter our country. Such offices give a greater possibility of development of so called co-working which is dynamically developing in the world. Present situation on the office market enables more and more bigger number of companies to open headquarters in the very heart of the city. The choice of Asian company, which got used to a prestiguous architecture, is a perfect confirmation of a high standard offered by Rondo 1 – says Łukasz Kałędkiewicz, Senior Chairman, Department for Office Areas in CBRE.
