Golub GetHouse signed a lease contract concerning office area in the Warsaw Financial Center (WFC) skyscraper. The company is going to move into its new office with the size of nearly 610 sq. m in November this year.

New tenant will occupy the area on the 23rd floor of the skyscraper. The lease contract was signed for six years. It is worth mentioning that Golub GetHouse is a developer and investment company which is a joint venture partnership of Golub & Company from Chicago and GetHouse Developer from Warsaw. The first one was investor of the Warsaw Financial Center building. One of the first investments realized by our company in Warsaw was Warsaw Financial Center. Thus, we are even more glad about the moving into the building which is appreciated by its quality and offered standards – says Czarek Jarząbek, Chairman of Golub GetHouse.

At the moment of realization, WFC was the first modern office not only in Warsaw, but also in Poland. In spite of its age, it still offers unique solutions on the market, comfortable area and possibly the best customer service. We are glad that Golub GetHouse appreciated these assets – emphasizes Karol Bartos, Executive Director, Portfolio & Asset Management, Tristan Capital Partners.

Warsaw Financial Center is located at the crossroads of Emilia Plater and Świętokrzyska Streets. It offers 50 000 sq. m of lease area as well as 350 parking places. Among its tenants, there are almost 60 Polish and international companies. WFC has been owned by Allianz Real Estate and Curzon Capital Partners III consortium – that is investment fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners – since the end of 2012.
