Two new companies – Guest-Tek and Tax Care SA – joined the group of tenants of Gdanski Business Center. They rented jointly more than 2000 sq. m of office space in the complex owned by HB Reavis.

HB Reavis signed two new lease contracts concerning space in the Gdanski Business Center complex. The first tenant is Guest-Tek – a leader in advanced solutions and online services for hotel industry. The company will move into the complex at the turn of May and June this year, where it will occupy an office of the size amounting to 1200 sq. m on the first floor of the building C. Against other offices in Warsaw, Gdanski Business Center is characterized by high standard, special location and convenient access to means of public transport, which perfectly meet the needs of our company – says Michael Vargosko, Managing Director Europe, Middle East & Africa of Guest-Tek.

 

Tax Care – an all-Polish chain offering services in the area of accounting and financial consultancy – will also move into the investment of HB Reavis at the end of June this year. The company rented 828 sq. m of office space on the second floor of the building B included in the first stage of the complex.

 

Gdanski Business Center will be composed of 4 buildings as a target: offices A and B with the leased area amounting to around 47 000 sq. m, which were realized within the first stage and commissioned in 2014. The second stage – structures C and D – will deliver more than 50 000 sq. m to the market in Warsaw. Office C has already been completed whereas structure D will be commissioned in the second quarter of this year. The group of tenants in the complex includes such companies and institutions as KPMG, the Agricultural Property Agency (APA), KMD, Bank BGZ BNP Paribas SA and insurance group Aviva.
