Office Hub chose the first building of the West Station complex for its new registered office. One of the leading operators of serviced offices rented more than 1100 sq. m in the office of HB Reavis.

The choice of West Station for the new registered office of our company was made due to the adopted strategy of opening business centers in the key city hubs. We wanted to use the potential of the already developed network of communication connections of the railway and bus station. Thereby, we decided to extend the scope of offered services by conference halls for organization of training courses and business meetings for almost 100 people at once – says Michał Kuropieska, Chairman of the Board of Office HUB.

The new tenant of West Station is to occupy the areas on the 12th floor of the building. The business activity of Office Hub will start in January 2017. The team of experts of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advised the tenant in negotiations with HB Reavis.

The building of the first phase of the West Station complex guarantees Office HUB an undoubted advantage in the form of access to the office and conference center directly from the level of railway station without the necessity of going outside, which is not offered by any other operator of serviced offices in Warsaw right now – says Adrian Bojczuk, Associate Director in the Department of Office Areas of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

West Station is the fourth location of Office HUB in the capital. The other business centers are situated in the Spektrum Tower skyscraper, in the small office at Ryżowa 49 Street as well as in Prosta Office Center. The operator of serviced offices – Office HUB – is a brand built by the Polish capital based on both solutions and know-how provided by the international leaders of the industry.

West Station is a design realized jointly by HB Reavis, PKP SA and Xcity Investment. As a target, the complex is to be composed of two 14-tier office buildings realized within two stages. The first office was commissioned in the third quarter of 2016 and the second one is to be realized in 2017.
