The contract with the global leader of modern technologies, that is Intel, is a true feather in our cap. It is the largest transaction within the foregoing commercialization process of our office. We are really glad that such a demanding company chose Tryton Business House for its new registered office. We are also pleased that Intel is another tenant in the industry of modern services and technologies in Tryton. The contract concluded between Echo Investment and Intel Technology Poland is the largest transaction on the office real estate market in Tricity this year. It was a very efficient and rapid process aimed at providing flexibility of lease contract in particular. Our client has great potential and thus the security of different options concerning its development was the most crucial element during negotiations. In our perspective, this transaction clearly suggests that the trend in keeping big tenants in Tricity in the nearest years is to search for a place which favors development of the existing infrastructure, that is both well-developed public transport and rich service offer in the traditional city center.
