ECO Skanska invests in Wrocław

The partnership has acquired a permament usufruct right of a lot with an area of 9 500 sq. m. An office building is going to be erected on it.

Skanska Property Poland company, associated with Wrocław through several projects, has acquired premament usufruct right of a plot of land on Dominikański sqare. An office building with a retail and commercial part is going to be erected on the estate.

The lot, whose right of permament usufruct the developer has bought from a private owner in september 2011., has an area of 9 500 m2 and is a property of the city. Considering the fact that the area of Wierzbowska, Piotra Skargi and Kazimierza Wielkiego St. is one of the strategic points on Wrocław's map, both investor and the authorities wanted swift beginning of the investment's construction works. - We will begin the designing works without delay basing on the Municipal Development Plan, and the architectural project will be consulted with municipal architect - said Bartosz Kalinowski, project manager at Skanska Property Poland

Up until now, Skanska Property Poland has executed an office building Grunwaldzki Center, located at Reagan roundabout in Wrocław. Currently underway are the construction works on Strzegomska St., where structures of Green Towers complex's second stage are being built. The first stage of the business park is to be completed in march 2012. Start of a new project - Green Day, is planned for the first half of 2012. All office investments undergo certifications in LEED and EU GreenBuilding system.
