Thanks to BSS sector, over 150 thousand people managed to find a job in Poland in over 650 enterprises with both Polish and foreign capital. Therefore, the sector of modern services for business became one of the biggest employers in the economy – said chairman in PAIiIZ Sławomir Majman during opening Outsourcing Stars 2014 Gala. – BSS, that is modern services for business, is the fastest developing sector in Poland. It is developing at a rate of 20 per cent annually in respect of market value growth and increase in employment – he pointed out. – First and foremost, BSS is a sector which gives employment to all young people with higher education and knowledge of foreign languages.
Companies which function in the sector of BSS are present in the whole Poland and their examples may be found effortlessly in each voivodeship. The activity of the sector is concentrated in the biggest cities, however, more and more small centers may boast about BSS centers. – 10 years of the sector of modern office services in Poland indicate also, except for Warsaw, Wrocław and Cracow – such cities as Piła, Sandomierz, Toruń, Szczecin and Grójec – said chairman Sławomir Majman. – BSS is also one of the most attractive sectors for investors – he added.
In our country, over 650 enterprises with Polish and foreign capital function in BSS sector. Moreover, 150 thousand people found a job in such companies.
The list of laureates of the competition was announced during the gala and it presented people selected among the fastest developing outsourcing enterprises and organizations of direct business surrounding of BPO/SSC/R&D/Call Contact Centre sectors in Poland. The prizes were given in 12 categories:

- Real Estate – Colliers International Category,
- Developer – SKANSKA Category,

- City – Poznań Category,
- Call Contact Center – Call Center Poland,
- Outsourcing Selling Powers – ASM Group.
