Monopolis, a project executed by Virako, has just received a prestigious distinction. The author of the project is Rafał Grzelewski, who works for Grupa 5 Architekci. The winners will be selected on March 12, 2020, in Cannes.
According to data collected by JLL, the year 2019 was record-breaking due to investment transactions on the real estate market. The previous year turned out to be a blooming period mainly for the office sector. New contracts will be carried out in the following months.
