In a few days a construction of another office building in Poland's capital will start. The general contractor for this ultramodern building, fulfilling sustainable construction's requirements, is going to be CFE Polska company, who recieved awards and distincions in various competitions ("Budowa Roku" , "Bezpieczna Budowa").

Warsaw's GreenWing Office's seven storeys will allow for flexible floor division. The office building, located on 17 Stycznia St., and which recieved recieved "Very Good" grade in current report.from  BREEAM ( world's  sustainable construction's grading system), shall offer nearly 11 000 m2 of office area to it's potential lessees.  The structure's design assumes mainly minimizing operational costs and work conditions optimization. Achieving these goals won't be possible without an ecological approach to office areas' design. It will be achieved, among others, through:   ecological surface materials, providing optimal access to sunlight and allowing for monitoring of the use of electricity, heating and water.

Underground parking lot shall provide over 270 parking areas for drivers. Also planned are lots for bicycles, additionaly allowing cyclists to use changing rooms and showers.

GreenWings Offices Ltd. Is the investor, while the company managing the entire investment process is OKRE Development. The design's author is JEMS Architekci architectural studio.
