The title has been awarded to the Gdańsk's A-class office complex by an international jury, which appreciated it's architecture, location, ecology and the created work comfort. Łużycka Office Park consists of five highest-class office buildings, situated on 2,3 ha and offering it's lessees 22 500 m2 of office area. The investment, completed in 2010 is a first project of this kind in Tricity.
Granting it the „Highly Commended Office Development Poland” title in „International Property Awards”contest allows Łużycka Office Park to use an internationally recognised logo of an award for which best companies and property projects from the whole world compete since year 1998
