DNV GL takes over office space in Łużycka Plus from Allcon Investment on the last day of September. The Norwegian company plans to open a shared services center on the area amounting to more than 1300 sq. m.

DNV is to occupy the whole third floor in the building situated at Łużycka 3C Street in Gdynia. The commencement of business activity of the newly established shared services center (SSC) is related to recruitment of new employees by GNV GL, which has already been conducted in the region for several months. Its main goal is to hire 200 people by the end of 2017. The scope of works for future employees includes: service of global processes in e.g. finances, accounting, HR, or property management.

We have been working with DNV GL for several years. The company owns one of the buildings in the Łużycka Office Park complex. DNV GL has also contributed to realization of Łużycka Plus. Together with Fundacja Integracja (the Integration Foundation), the company is the originator of the certificate "Obiekt bez granic" ("Structure with no barriers"), that is a catalogue of solutions which should be applied by every building which is adjusted to the needs of the disabled. These regulations were taken into consideration in the process of designing Łużycka Plus. Therefore, it is the first office in Poland which can boost about this title – says Halina Gniadecka, Allcon Investment.

DNV GL belongs to the global leaders in both classification and certification, especially in the marine industry as well as in two sectors: fuel and renewable energy sources. The company conducts its business activity in 100 countries hiring ca. 15 000 people.

Łużycka Plus was opened in 2014. The building offers more than 10 000 sq. m of usable space and ca. 6000 sq. m of office space class A. Moreover, Łużycka Plus was awarded the title "Obiekt bez granic" ("Structure with no barriers").
