Echo Investment has started execution of A4 Business Park complex at Francuska Street in Katowice.
First stage assumes a redevelopment of communication system and construction of office which will offer 9 000sqm of office space on seven tiers. There will be 153 parking places. Structure is located near a turnoff from A4 motorway and it has a very good communication links with the remaining part of the city.
Architecture Studio DDJM from Cracov is responsible for a complex's architectonic project. Elevation will consists of stone, glass and aluminium composition. Leaseholders will have a possibility to freely arrange interiors, which is connected with a modular division of tiers. A4 Business Park is supposed to guarantee the best materials and technologies, energy-saving solutions and access control system. There will be also service and retail outlets, relax spaces, fitness centre, canteen, cloakroom and cycle parking spaces.
Remax Construct company is a general contractor. Construction of the first stage is supposed to end in the I quarter of 2014.
Office complex A4 Business is undergoing BREEAM certification. Investment report was submitted to a certifying company. Another investment of coo-partnership Echo Investment - Development Park in Warsaw - received BREEAM certification with a "Very Good" degree on a project level. Three offices of this company have GreenBuilding certification: Oxygen in Szczecin, Development Park in Warsaw and Astra Park in Kielce.
