The authorities of Sjaelso have made the decision to withdraw from the Polish construction market. The developer will focus on his local market: in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. The crisis, particularly harmful for the Danish real estate market, didn’t allow the company to continue its activity.
The housing and commercial projects, which Sjaelso has already started, will be continued until the company finds partners who will run the investments on their own or as a joint venture. The company is also planning to sell the office projects that are currently carried out in the capital: Postępu 22 and Tower Terraces. The talks with potential buyers have already begun. The company’s authorities assure that all agreements and obligations will be fulfilled.
