Savills to commercialise Wiśniowy Business Park

Savills became the sole representative to commercialise the Warsaw Wiśniowy Business Park complex.

Polonia Property Funds, owner of the Wiśniowy Business Park complex, chose Savills company, an international advisor working in the commercial property field, to be the sole representative responsible for the commercialisation of the object. Savills will supervise contact with current tenants and rental of the remaining space.

Wiśniowy Business Park consists of four buildings, which together offer almost 40,000 m2 of commercial space. It is located between Mokotów and Włochy, by 1-go Sierpnia and Iłżecka streets. Its clients can use up to 1371 parking spaces.

The biggest advantage of the complex are its localisation – 3 minute ride from the Warsaw Chopin Airport and 3 km from the city center, access to the SKM, its friendly, green environment and its large number of parking spaces, especially in that part of Warsaw – comments Jarosław Pilch, Senior Negotiator in the Office Agency Department of Savills.

The newest building in the complex, F, was built in 2007 and has 16,400 square metres of office space. Building E has 11,100 m2 on five storeys and building D – 6,043 m2 on four storeys. Office Building C has 6,204 m2.

Since 2008 almost all space in the complex has been rented. Among the tenants of Wiśniowy Business Park there are RBS, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Jansen Cilag and Carlsberg.

Peakside Polonia Management is managing real estate funds in Central and Eastern Europe. The company was established in 2001 on initiative of AIB Capital Markets. The goal was to activate and manage funds belonging to Polonia Property Funds. In September 2001 it was fully integrated into Peakside Capital Group.
