Oxygen office building in Szczecin, constructed by Echo Investment, has obtained BREEAM In-Use environmental certification.

Echo Investment's office building in Szczecin, Oxygen, has obtained confirmation of the environemnt-friendly and energy-saving solutions applied. The building was granted BREEAM In-Use certification with the assessment of "Very Good" in Asset Rating (building) and Building Management (the quality of management) categories.

Such a high evaluation of our project confrims commitment in environmental protection and is an evidence that the office block is constructed and managed taking environment and reducing costs of operation into consideration – says Wojciech Knawa, the Head of Echo Investment Property Management.

Oxygen already has GreenBuilding ecological certificate, which it obtained in August 2012.

The office block in Szczecin is not the only investment of Echo Investment, which was constructed in harmony with environment. In 2012 BREEAM certifications were also obtained by Aquarius Business House in Wrocław and Park Rozwoju in Warsaw. In addition, Park Postępu in Mokotów district in Warsaw and Astra Park in Kielce have GreenBuilding certificate.

Oxygen is a 9-storey office block located in Szczecin, at Malczewskiego Street and Aleja Wyzwolenia intersection. The building offers the rental space of 14 000 m2. Oxygen is characterised by modern, energy-saving solutions. Moreover, the building provides space for a medical centre, coffee bar, press salon and fitness club. The structure's tenants and guests will have at their disposal 181 parking places on aboveground and underground parking lots.

Ciekawa bryła architektoniczna biurowca! Dobrze, że w Szczecinie powstają w końcu takie biurowce, bo jednak zabudowa dla Szczecina charakteryzuje się dość starymi budynkami... Duży plus, że obiekt jest eko !
