Euro Office Park with permission to use

Building A in the Euro Office Park in Gdansk.
Two out of the three buildings in the complex of the Euro Office Park in Gdansk received the permission to use.

On 24th May two buildings forming a complex of three offices in Euro Office Park won the permit. Soon surfaces in buildings will be occupied.

The complex belongs to developer EURO STYLE and has been created in the build to suit system, which means that the project has been adapted for the needs of a particular tenant, in this case - the BPH Bank. Euro Office Park consists of three buildings, two of which have already been completed, and the third is to be forwarded to the tenant in January 2014. Complex offers a total of almost 20 000 square meters of usable space.

In buildings there were some modern solutions used, such as BMS, power supply (UPS), power generator, air conditioning with individual temperature control, telephone and IP-based systems such as access control, intruder alarm, fire or closed-circuit television. The green technology heating and energy-efficient facades were also used. The interiors of the building with good sound insulation was ensured by the use of damping systems.

What is notable is the interior design, which were designed in three stylistic lines: pop art, natural and modern, as the tenant desired. Office space was also varied by pictures taken by employees of BPH.

Within the complex there is a room for nursing mothers and a relaxation room where you will find the massage chairs, consoles Wii and comfy couches. The Euro Office Park will operate canteen and bike enthusiasts will be able to use specially designed car parks and changing rooms and showers.

Since July 1, the complex will be called BPH Office Park.
