Owing to a successful cooperation with local authorities, we were able to finish project of the three key sectors of our business, this being: Pasaż Grunwaldzki, office building Aquarius Business House and the housing estate at Słowiańskie Wzgórze. This resulted in over 80 000 m2 of usable areas and the value of our investment exceeded 1,2 mld pln. – comments Piotr Gromniak, President of the Board of Echo Investment.

West Gate offers 16 000 m2 of class A office space.
