J.W. Construction has started an execution of commercial project Nowa Dana in Szczecin. It will be a 125-metres high skyscraper with about 25 000sqm of usable space. There will be a division on 4 500sqm of a shopping mall which will consist of 2 tiers and 20 000sqm of office space.
Locating in one building an office part and a commercial complex is an ideal solution for companies which choose a high standard and comfort. Additional advantage of the building will be a restaurant located on the last 22nd-storey with a view on city's panorama. The end of investment is planned on 2014.
