The film, which presents a futuristic OVO Wrocław complex, has been awarded in the architectural animation category of “3D World CG Awards 2014” competition. Animations nominated to the competition were judged by professional jurors and Internet users. On the competition’s committee sat authors and producers of such movies like “The Lord of the Rings”, “Transformers 3”, “Star Trek. Into Darkness” or “Shrek”. The judges were i.a. Adam Valdez from London MPC, Allan McKay, Aron Warner and Grzegorz Kukuś from Polish Platige studio.
OVO animation looks authentically and the investment presents itself very exclusively on it. Certainly, this connection made an enormous impression on judges – thinks Asaf Gottesman, conceptual architect in OVO Wrocław. – We are very pleased about this prize and it confirms that our elaborated vision can seduce on every field.
OVO Wrocław animation was prepared by Aiko studio which is specialized in animated movies. The film presents a solid of the building which reminds a drop of water and presents certain parts of the structure – green inner patio, lobby of Double Tree by Hilton hotel, interiors of offices, apartments and penthouses. The atmosphere of the place is also conveyed by terraces, from which we can admire a night panorama of Wrocław.
OVO Wrocław building, which is arising in the center of Wrocław, was designed by Gottesman-Szmelcman Architecture studio. The building will be the first such large structure in Poland which refers to the current of so called blobitecture, which is inspired by oval and soft forms. The total investment’s cost will amount 260 million zlotys net.
