Breathlessness in the capital and acceleration in regions

How long is going to last the time of tenants in Warsaw? Is the investment in regional markets safe in a long perspective? We will know the answers soon on the Offices IV conference in Poland.

On 20-21 October, Hilton hotel in Warsaw is going to transform itself into a meeting platform of nearly 50 speakers who represent various and often extreme ideas and opinions concerning the office sector in Poland with over 300 participants. Among lecturers, discussion moderators and panelists there will be also professional journalists, analysts and representatives of the biggest companies in this sector. The participants are going to talk about the future of Polish office property market which recently has been going through rapid changes.

According to data of JLL company, currently the proportion of uninhabited apartments in Warsaw exceeds 13 per cent, and considering that till the end of 2015 even 600 000 sq. m of new areas will be commissioned, there are some doubts that this rate will still be increasing. For a change – those who gambled on regional markets in which the BPO sector develops quickly, may count on large profits. In cities like Wrocław, Cracow, Łódź and Tricity, both Polish and foreign entrepreneurs invest more and more eagerly.

Participants of the “Offices in Poland” conference, which is organized by Nowy Adres SA., are going to discuss issues considering changes and development of the native office market. Certain panels and presentations will be related to the most crucial questions and problems of the present market. During two days of the conference, its participants will have an occasion to exchange experiences, establish business contacts and familiarize with the newest trends on the market. Thanks to a special Match Marker programme, everyone will be able to make an individual appointment with all participants of the conference.
