Plac Unii
Plac Unii is located in a very important communicational point in Warsaw, on the border of Śródmieście and Mokotów
A year has passed since the opening of office and commercial Plac Unii complex – a concept which combines business functions with idea of modernist and big-city shopping strips.

Plac Unii was presented for the first time on the EXPO REAL trade fair in October 2009. The construction works started in 2010 and the investment was finished three years later. The architectural project of the complex, which was prepared by Kuryłowicz & Associates studio, allowed to brighten the surroundings of Unia Lubelska square, contributing to its modern and big-city character.

One year after opening, we are swelling with pride while looking at Plac Unii. It is a place where renown Polish and international companies have their headquarters. Moreover, the area of shopping mall attracts many clients and the whole investment received recognition among experts in the area of architecture and property market. We are convinced that Plac Unii will be serving well to all its users by many years, constituting a valuable element of the landscape of Warsaw – says Marc Lebbe, Managing Director in Liebrecht & wooD Group.

Currently, there are many companies among the tenants of office areas in Plac Unii: partnerships from ING Group, Dalkia Poland, Work Service, HRS, A+E Networks Poland, Sociomantic Labs or Polski Związek Firm Deweloperskich. Furthermore, the main registered office of Liebrecht & wooD Group has been functioning there since October of the current year.

Plac Unii is located in a very important communicational point in Warsaw, on the border of Śródmieście and Mokotów. It is composed of three structures which offer jointly 56 800 sq. m of rentable area, 41 300 sq. m of which is an office part with A+ standard, whereas 15 500 sq. m – a three-level shopping mall. Both parts of the complex received BREEAM certificate with Very Good grade in 2012. The investment was realized by Liebrecht & wooD Group (major investor – 60 per cent) together with BBI Development SA.
