Międzytorze is one of the most attractive plots in Tricity. The area is located ca. 1 kilometer from Skwer Kościuszki and Kaszubski Square which marks the city center and adjoins train station. The conception of the property development envisages a complex revitalization of the area as well as residential, commercial, office and hotel development.
The development of Międzytorze will sign into an urban structure and it will become an important element of Gdynia center – comments Jarosław Bator, board member in PKP S.A. – The chosen conception satisfies these assumptions. We care about the realization of a project which will bring benefits not only to PKP S.A. but also to a private investor and first of all – to all inhabitants of Gdynia – adds Bator.
The project was divided into some stages, the realization of which should end in 2026. The first construction works will start in 2017. The estimated value of the project is ca. 700 million EURO and the total rental and commercial area will amount to 345 000 sq. m.
The development of Gdynia Międzytorze area is one of many developer projects initiated by PKP S.A. Currently, the works on 18 projects are being conducted and their total value may reach even 13 billion zlotys. Moreover, the realization of ca. 20 projects annually was planned in the following years. A recently founded partnership, that is Xcity Investment, is responsible for them.
