The value of the contract, which was signed by the Erbud SA partnership with the OMEX Slawomir Stepnowski investor, is estimated at 25,4 million zlotys net. The company is going to build an office and service structure in a „turn-key” condition at Braniborska 38-40 Street in Wrocław within the agreement. The contract is supposed to be realized till the end of January 2017. The final approximate value of the agreement will be calculated on the basis of actual quantity surveys and unit prices. The investment which is located at Braniborska 38-40 Street in Wrocław will be realized till the end of January 2017.
The office and service structures have a significant interest in the portfolio of Erbud SA – that is over 22%. At present, the partnership is realizing such investments as the building of an office and service Royal Wilanów structure, Eurocentrum – the second stage, or the office building at Czerska Street in Warsaw. Moreover, Erbud SA holds 85 per cent of shares in GWI GmbH. The Erbud Group functions in the construction sector and it provides services in the cubature, public utility, road-engineering and energetic segments. The company is present on the Polish market and in the other European countries. Furthermore, the Group generates annual turnover at the amount of 1,5 billion zlotys and it is recorded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
