DoubleTree by Hilton restaurant will occupy area located on the ground floor of the structure and part of the internal patio. It will be divided into three zones with different functions – formal (restaurant), informal (so called temporary zone) and entertainment (bar). The totality will be arranged in accordance with the „Business without a tie” motto. The DoubleTree by Hilton restaurant in OVO Wrocław will be offering dishes of a global and local cuisine.
The internal patio in OVO Wrocław will be accessible for both users of the structure and inhabitants of Wrocław. Next to restaurant owned by the hotel, there will be cafes as well as commercial and service premises from the premium segment. Patio is supposed to perform a role of a meeting place, the crucial element of which will be the DoubleTree by Hilton restaurant. We will find there services at the highest level but without restraint. It is a new lifestyle – says Shuckie Ovadiah, investor and CEO OVO Wrocław.
The OVO Wrocław structure will be a multifunctional investment with a five-star hotel under the Hilton brand, apartments, penthouses and local premises. The building with the total area of 48 800 sq. m will have seven aboveground and two underground tiers. The office area, which is intended for sales, amounts to 3852 sq. m. The planned completion of the investment is envisaged on the second quarter of 2016.
