At present, the number of employees engaged in building of OVO Wrocław totals 380. Most of them are performing works related to the finishing of the interiors and some of them are conducting works on the building's elevation. All windows have been already mounted on three floors, on which the five-star DoubleTree by Hilton hotel and office rooms are located. We started montage of windows on the ground floor of OVO Wrocław from Podwale Street. Works at setting pavements have also started in that place – says Paweł Laszecki, engineer of the OVO Wrocław project. – The building's elevation makes a really good impression. It is covered with white Corian in 85 per cent. As a target, the material will be present on 5500 sq. m of the structure.
The OVO Wrocław investment with the total area of 48 800 sq. m will have seven aboveground and two underground tiers. The office area, which is intended for sales, amounts to 3852 sq. m. The planned commission of the structure is envisaged on the second quarter of 2016.
