Nobilis Business House – a structure which is being realized by Echo Investment on the area of Wrocław next to Pasaż Grunwaldzki – received the BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate with the result of 72 per cent. Nobilis Business House is our eighth building with the BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate. The assessed elements were e.g. energetic efficiency, applied materials, healthy work environment or waste management – says Katarzyna Murdoch, engineer for BREEAM, assessor in BREEAM International, Echo Investment. The Wrocław investment is the seventeenth building which received the BREEAM certificate. The ecological certificates in this system have been granted to e.g. three buildings of Opolska Business Park, Tryton Business House, West Gate, Q22, two buildings of Park Rozwoju in Warsaw, Aquarius Business House in Wrocław, first and second stage of A4 Business Park in Katowice, Oxygen in Szczecin (2 certificates BREEAM In-Use: Building Management and Asset Rating) so far.
The Nobilis Business House office is being realized at the crossroads of Maria Curie-Skłodowska and Mikołaj Rej Streets. Its realization is being conducted in accordance with the schedule. Works are being realized on the fifth tier in one part of the building and on the third level in the second part of the structure. The montage of elevation and installation works is going to start this year – says Marek Chmielewski, project manager from Department of Offices and Hotels, Echo Investment. The completion of the building is planned on July 2016.
Nobilis Business House is going to offer 16 000 sq. m of office area. Tenants will have a one-tier underground car park, 72 parking places for bicyclists and changing rooms with showers and drying rooms at their disposal. Moreover, there will be e.g. access control system, energy-saving air-conditioning, ventilation or air humidity control system applied in the office.
