There are three kinds of certificates that asses different elements connected with buildings. The first one (Asset) characterizes a property, its energetic efficiency, applied materials, conditions related to internal environment, location, transport or ecology The second kind (Building Management) assesses management of buildings, relations with clients, monitoring of media consumption and waste management. The last one (Organizational) determines how tenants manage their business activity in buildings.
