Therefore, we are especially pleased with the fact that we became a part of this process and the official opening of the second building of University Business Park constitutes a crowning achievement of the first investment of GTC in this city. The opening of UBP is one of the most important milestones of our development strategy for 2016 – comments Thomas Kurzmann, Chairman of GTC.
We are glad that Łódź gained such a modern office complex that attracts world-class investors to our city. University Business Park will contribute to development of Łódź market of commercial properties and particularly it will provide new work places for young and ambitious people who are present in our city. The interest of such a young developer as GTC is evidence that Łódź is one of the most attractive markets in Poland.
