New tenants will jointly occupy 9000 sq. m of office area in University Business Park, which is being realized within the second stage of the building. One of the companies which decided to locate their headquarters in this structure is Fujitsu. It is going to occupy 6000 sq. m. We are really glad that companies which are leaders in their industries decided to choose University Business Park. We believe that convenient location of the complex in the center of Łódź and additional facilitations for tenants will enable every-day work to employees of both companies. Cushman & Wakefield company was a consultant of GTC in the lease process. The lease of area by Fujitsu Poland is the first such transaction in the second stage of the University Business Park complex. University Business Park is an office complex class A which is located in the city center of Łódź. As a target, it will be composed of two structures – office A and B offering jointly 38 800 sq. m. At present, works related to realization of the second stage of the investment – building B with office area amounting to 19 400 sq. m are currently being conducted.
