Amprop is a company of personal consultancy, which specializes in searching for managers. It occupies 380 sq. m of space in Atrium Garden. Multimedia Polska SA is an all-Polish cable and telecommunications operator. The company’s headquarters in Atrium Garden occupies 360 sq. m. Both companies renewed their lease contracts. In these two cases, the owner of the building – Deka Immobilien fund – was represented by Knight Frank, whereas Colliers International advised Amrop.
Atrium Garden is an office building with space class A. The building offers nearly 21 000 sq. m of rentable area. Atrium Garden is situated at Rondo ONZ. It is the first commercial building in Poland which was awarded “Green Building” certificate by the European Commission. The lobby of the building will soon be modernized and filled with greenery. Thus, the new name of Atrium Garden (formerly Deloitte House) will be reflected in reality.
The tenants will soon be able to benefit from a new view of Atrium Garden. The modernization works are currently being conducted in the building, which include entrance to the building and the main lobby. The interiors will gain a modern, soft and spacious character. It will be bright and incredibly comfortable in accordance with the implemented architectural concept – says Izabela Dąbrowska, Senior Manager in Department of Lease of Office Space, Knight Frank.
