The group of tenants in West Station constantly increases. The building at Dworzec Zachodni railway station, which is being executed by HB Reavis, gains a new tenant, that is LafargeHolcim.

LafargeHolcim is an international leader in the industry of construction materials. The company owns more than 60 production units in Poland, including: cement mills, mines, aggregate loading bays, or concrete plants. The headquarters of the Polish department of the Group will be removed to West Station II in September this year. The office owned by LafargeHolcim will occupy nearly 1400 sq. m. Colliers International advised the tenant in the process of choosing their new office.

The new office is a very important step for us in building cooperation culture, openness and innovativeness. The removal to West Station II is another stage in implementing our strategy, which places people in the center of the organization, and envisages simplification and quickening of everyday duties. It is obvious for me that the new office should fit our strategy of sustainable development and support green construction, which are the two very important areas for our company – says Federico Tonetti, Chairman of the Board of LafargeHolcim in Poland.

West Station is a joint project of HB Reavis, PKP SA and Xcity Investment. The investment is situated at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. The group of tenants in West Station includes: companies of the PKP Group, ATAL, Coface, Panalpina and six serviced offices of Office Hub. The entire investment offers 68 000 sq. m of rentable space. The project is awarded BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level. The building of West Station II is at the halfway stage right now, and its completion is planned on September this year.
