Mennica Legacy Tower awarded BREEAM Outstanding
Mennica Legacy Tower is the first skyscraper in Poland which was awarded the international BREEAM 2013 New Construction certificate at the Outstanding level.

Mennica Legacy Tower was awarded the highest distinction in the certification process of green solutions. The investment of Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska SA was granted the BREEAM 2013 New Construction certificate at the Outstanding level. The requirements of the certification in the category: New Construction had to be met at the planning stage.

BREEAM at the Outstanding level is a confirmation of the highest standards applied by Golub GetHouse in the area of realization and management of office buildings. The implementation of energy-saving and eco-friendly solutions, which have a relative impact on exploitation costs of tenants, constituted a priority for us at the stage of designing Mennica Legacy Tower – says Czarek Jarząbek, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Golub GetHouse.

While designing Mennica Legacy Tower, Golub GetHouse met a number of guidelines specified by BRE (British Research Establishment), thanks to which the office is not only friendly for tenants but it is also executed with care about the environment. Among other things, BRE appreciated the location, which provides an easy access to public communication. There will be also full infrastructure available for bicyclists and stations for charging electric cars in the underground garage.
