BZ WBK has begun liquidation of Arka BZ WBK Fundusz Rynku Nieruchomosci FIZ. Real estate worth over 1.1 billion PLN have been put up for sale. The overall value of the assets on the other hand is worth 532.9 million PLN state for (state for 31st October 2011) .
Arka BZ WBK FRN FIZ fund was established in May 2004 and its portfolio was completed in summer 2007. Currently it consists of: 12 commercial real estate, 2 development investments and 4 parcels of land prepared for residential housing. Among other things for sale there are Alfa Centrum (Olsztyn), Trinity Business Park I (Warszawa), Red Tower (Lodz) and Alfa Plaza (Gdynia).
Cushman&Wakefield is to be the advisor of BZ WBK during the transactions. Some of the real estate are to be sold directly or using other advisors. Two of the properties have already been sold (Ujazdowskie 10 in Warsaw and Jutrzenki Business Park in Warsaw). According to the statute the sale of real estate should have been finished by 29 of December 2012. – says Agnieszka Hryniewiecka – Jachowicz, the manager of the fund.
