D48 is an office building class A situated at the crossroads of Domaniewska and Postępu Streets. The office is to offer more than 26 000 sq. m of office space on 11 office tiers from Domaniewska Street and on 8 office tiers from Postępu Street.
There will be green areas with modern and small architecture performed in the surrounding of the plot. The building is to offer spacious terraces with the view of the city center of Warsaw. Each office tier is to be maximally lightened with a daylight. The project envisages the application of many green solutions as well as numerous facilitations for tenants such as restaurant, kiosk, chemist’s, relaxation zones, etc. They are to be located on ca. 1800 sq. m on the ground floor of the office. Additionally, 480 parking places are to be placed in the two-tier underground garage and in the aboveground car park for guests. The access to both car parks is to be provided with two separate drives – from Domaniewska Street and from Postępu Street.
The construction works are being conducted in accordance with the schedule and we managed to complete the shell building at the beginning of November. At present, we are conducting installation works and we are performing works related to the elevation – says Damian Grzywacz, Senior Manager of Penta Investments, who is responsible for investments of Penta on the real estate market in Poland.
The agent who commercializes D48 is a representation team of Savills. The completion of works and commissioning is planned on August 2017. The estimated value of the investment amounts to ca. 45 million euro in total.
