A recognizable building with good exposition of logotype on the elevation and opportunity of expansion within one complex constitutes an added value for the largest consulting companies. Additionally, big employers appreciate a convenient access to public transport, which can be used by employees. A great asset in the context of gaining young employees is also the neighborhood of the two universities: SGH and technical university as well as a close proximity to the metro station, Mokotów Field and Savior Square. All these facilities are provided by IBC – says Daniel Czarnecki, Portfolio Manager, Department of Office Space, Landlord Representation, Savills.

IBC is situated at the crossroads of Waryńskiego Street and Aleja Armii Ludowej in Warsaw. The exclusive commercial agent of IBC is Savills. The building is a part of the portfolio owned by the investment open-end fund Deka Immobilien Europe.
