Grupa Kapitałowa Polskiego Holdingu Nieruchomości (PHN Group) has chosen Juvenes Consortium – Projekt Sp. z o.o. & Pracownia Obsługi Inwestorów Pro-Invest Sp. z o.o. to design a new office. This building is to be erected on the area of the car park in front of the INTRACO skyscraper at Stawki 2 Street in Warsaw. This new investment will be a 8-tier office building with the ground floor including a commercial and service function. The total space of the building will amount to ca. 12 000 sq. m. The new building will tone in with the existing tower of INTRACO.
The new office will be situated in the northern part of Śródmieście district in the neighborhood of the historical Old Town. This location provides an easy communication with other parts of Warsaw due to a close proximity to the Dworzec Gdański metro station as well as tram and bus lines.
