The Heart launches a new initiative in cooperation with JLL, EY and Ghelamco, that is Real Estate Tech Program.

The European center for corporation and start-up collaboration – The Heart – launches an international program, that is Real Estate Tech. The partners of this initiative are JLL, EY and Ghelamco. The program is aimed at combining start-ups which are ready to scale and which change the commercial real estate market with large companies operating in this field. The main objective is to build an international community of innovators in the area of PropTech, which would jointly define the main challenges of the industry and execute pioneer projects related to new technologies.

The annual program will be launched in Q1 2018. It will be divided into three expert fields: cybersecurity and privacy, artificial intelligence and human experience in the real estate industry. The Heart will also organize meetings for corporations and start-ups within the program in such locations as London, Warsaw and Dubai.

Commercial properties such as offices or shops are currently undergoing a digital transformation. Thanks to technologies, it is possible to lower the costs, improve efficiency and create new and better experiences for both clients and employees – says Tomasz Rudolf, Director of The Heart.

We are changing our business activity by using data and technologies in order to better respond to the needs of our clients and to their experiences related to lease, purchase or sale of properties. The cooperation with The Heart is one of our many strategic initiatives on an international scale. Our new program will drive the transformation in the real estate industry to a larger scale. We cannot wait to experience the way how we, and, finally, our clients would benefit from working shoulder to shoulder with a new generation of technological innovators – says Michael Ewert, Director of Business Intelligence at JL.
