The first stage of the investment has ended. The building took place in the period from June to November 2011. The building designed by Acord form Kielce should be ready in September 2013. Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA is the contractor for the rough state of the building.
In October 2011 the polish branch of Tieto, the IT company, rented office space in Aquarius Business House. During this year's edition of MIPIM fair the concern has decided to rent additional space. They have officially come to the agreement with the CEO of Echo Investment on the stand of Wroclaw City while the vice - president Adam Grehla was present. Tieto have rented over 8 500 sq. meters of office space in Aquarius Business House in total. That means, that over 85% of the space available in this building has been rented.
Aquarius Business House is going to be an A - class building comprising 25 000 sq. meters. The investor claims that among others the building will also have a health centre, lunch bar, a restaurant, a caffe, fitness club and a parking space for bicycles and a cloak room with showers for cyclists.
