New Members of RICS Polska

The polish branch of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) - an international organisation that works on real estate and building market has admitted 8 new members.

To become a member of RICS, an expert has to prove himself to posses a substantial knowledge and that he is ethical. He or she also has to pass an exam which is certified by RICS. The last test which took place in February was passed by 8 people: Robert Nobis (Colliers International), Malgorzata Wiecko ( Jones Lang LaSalle) Devin Saylor (Colliers International), Radoslaw Powozinski (Gleeds Polska), Andrzej Miazga (Colliers International), Karol Skiba (AIB PPM), Remigiusz Cholewicki (Galeria MM SPV) and Edyta Kaluzynska (Jones Lang LaSalle).

The certificates will be handed officially on the 25th of April.

RICS is recognizable on the international market - Belonging to this organisation increases the level of prestige and constitutes an additional confirmation of competence of the professionals who works on the real estate market. Additionally RICS members gain an access to training materials which help them to improve their qualifications. Currently 220 people belong to RICS Polska.
