Although the building of a new office investment in Gdynia is still in progress and its commissioning is envisaged for half of 2021, the first two tenants have already signed lease contracts.

One of them is Medicover Medical Center, which will occupy over 1.5 thousand sqm, and the other – Mały Einstein Private Kindergarten, which will lease ca. 200 sqm; it’ll be the fourth unit owned by this network (operating in the area of office buildings).

Magdalena Rytkowska-Dolna, Director, points out that the kindergarten located in the office building is a symbol of modernity whereas both the atmosphere and the surroundings of this very prestigious (…) business center will be naturally in compliant with the offer.

Artur Białkowski, Managing Director for Business Services at Medicover Poland, says:

One of the main criteria that decide on choosing a given location for our medical centers is convenience. We’ve decided to launch Medicover Medical Center in the 3T Office complex in Gdynia mainly due to its location – close proximity to many companies, including our business customers, and innovative architectural solutions. All of this will allow us to create a modern and friendly space for our patients. One of the assets is also easy communication with other parts of Gdynia.

3T Office Park complex is being erected at K. Górskiego Street in Gdynia. It’ll comprise of 3 office towers; 2 of them will have 10 tiers whereas 1 of them – 13. A two-floor underground car park will be built soon. The complex has aroused great interest among potential tenants from the very beginning mainly due to its perfect location, large space (total area amounts to 54.9 thousand sqm, which makes it one of the largest office complexes in Gdynia), and the highest quality confirmed with the BREEAM Interim certification at the Excellent level. Soon other tenants will occupy the building.
