Oxygen is a nine-floor Office building located in Szczecin, situated at the intersection of streets ul. Malczewskiego and al. Wyzwolenia. The builsing offers over 14 000 sq. m of area intended for letting. It was put into use in the 3rd quarter of 2010.
As Echo Investment informs, the building was awarded the certificate Green Building. It is a programme the European Commission, which aims at promoting effective use of power in buildings. Oxygen is not the first building of the investor which was awarded this certificate. It was obtained also by Park Postępu in Warsaw (February, 2011) and Astra Park in Kielce (December, 2011).

The investor informs that all of the company’s planned realizations will have ecological certificates. Currently, the company is preparing to start implementing the BREEAM standard. The company has already introduced a suitable programme providing content-related preparation and created a team comprising certificated BREEAM assessors.
