RD Bud LLC company has been inspired by increasing popularity of sustainable building, and created a project "Partnership during all stages of the sustainable building life cycles" in 2010. Next part will be held on 21st February 2013 in Warsaw and it will draw near to investors from the capital the subject of "Building with a low harmfulness for environment".
Building companies , developers, contractors, architects, investors and all other partners involved in investment process were invited to this event.
Issues concerning investment execution within sustainable building will be discussed during the conference. Experts will highlight the importance of cooperation between particular groups involved in project of urban area's development. Representative of RD Bud company will present the subject of sustainable building from the contractor's perspective.
Participants will take part in workshops, during which they will plan the building of structures in different parts of the city with consideration of environmental protection rules.
Warsaw is a city with a huge development potential, where many people are looking for possibilities of investment in the region. During workshops we will analyse two RD bud works in Warsaw: structure located in the city centre as well as building located near the airport and busy road entering to the capital. The last two locations which will be discussed are works built in a special economic area and one of the shops from the big retail chains - says Jean-Luc Darras, Technical Director in RD bud company, responsible for sustainable development.
