In Warsaw, at the junction of Rzymowskiego and Modzelewskiego St., a modern office building is being erected. Its investor is 1 Sky Office Center S.A., special purpose vehicle of 5th Avenue Holding S.A. group. The structure is to be completed in September 2013.
Sky Office Center is goint to offer 4 700 sq. m. of area on six levels. In the lobby the space is intended for service outlets and main hall. Leaseholders will be able to make use of an underground two-level parking lot with 57 parking spots and 10 spots in an external parking lot. Provided for cylcists' use will be a special parking with amenities.

The office building is characterised by its use of energy efficient and proecological solutions. The structure is going to contain suspended ceilings, tilt windows, raised floors and floorboxes with electrical wiring. Sky Office Center will also provide access control, 24h security and building management system (BMS ). The leaseholders will have a freedom of arrangement and distribution of area as well as an option of recieving a turnkey finished office. The building is going to be made in reinforced concrete structure with a glass-aluminum facade.
