Echo Investment company has signed a credit agreement with Alior Bank S.A. The amount of 40.6 million PLN is going to be appropriated for execution of Aquarius Business House investment's second stage. The structure is being erected in the center of Wroclaw, at the junction of Borowska and Swobodna St.
It is our second deal with Alior Bank, the previous one pertained to financing of Aquarius Business House's first stage. We're glad that Alior proved to be a firm and effective partner and we hope to cooperate in further projects – says Grzegorz Iwański, Financing Department Director at Echo Investment.
The investment's first stage was completed in November 2012 and has already recieved a permission for use. Completion of the second stage is planned for October 2013. Responsible for the architectural design is Arcad architectural studio from Kielce. Raw state shall be performed by Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex S.A.
Aquarius Business House is a modern A-class office complex. It consists of two buildings, which offer a total of 25 000 sq. m. on seven floors. The complex has been designed in an open space setting. The leaseholders will be able to make use of 410 parking spots on three pearkings: a cubature, underground and external one.
There are a series of additional services planned in the complex, such as lunch bar, press lounge or a cafe. A special parking lot and a changing room wth showers has been provided for bicycle users. Various modern solutions have been utilised in the building, such as a high class ICT link and access control systems. Aquarius Business House also ensures energy efficiency and pro-ecological thinking.
