A4 Business Park is being build at Francuska Street in Katowice. The Echo Investment has received the BREEAM Interim environmental certificate, with the score of 64,62 per cent, which is "Very Good."
I am very glad from this high score of our investment in Katowice. We have obtained a very good score on the Interim level. We will do our best, to confirm it in the final evaluation – Final BREAM Certificate - says Igor Grabiwoda, the director of the Division of Architects Offices and Hotels Echo Investment. The certification process of A4 Business Park is conducted by Grontmij Polska Company.
The complex consists of three buildings and the multi-storied garage building. The first stage involves the reconstruction of the communication system and the construction of the first office building with the area of 9 000 sqm. The facility will have seven stories, and its user will be able to use 153 parking spaces. An architectural project of the complex was designed by DDJM studio from Cracow. Remax Construct company is in charge of the first stage construction, which will be finished in the first quarter of 2014.
This is not the only investment of Echo Investment awarded with the environmental certificate. The Warsaw Office Complex, Park Rozwoju, has also obtained BREEAM Certificate on a “Very Good” level, with the score of 67,83 per cent. In November of 2012, the same certificate, on a “Very Good” level was awarded to Aquarius Business House, the office building in Wroclaw. Three other office projects of this investor: Oxygen from Szczecin, Park Postępu from Warsaw, and Astra Park from Kielce were awarded GreenBuilding certificate.
